What is it all about? Overview of the allocation and compliance monitoring components of the tax credit program; CHFA's and Spectrum's monitoring requirements. Processing applications and completing Tenant Income Certifications. Spectrum will cover how to complete verification forms, the most common mistakes and easiest ways to avoid findings of noncompliance, plus tips on how to prepare for a Spectrum review.
Certificates of continuing education will be emailed to attendees following the conference.

Sessions fill up quickly and space is very limited, therefore we ask for no more than three participants per organization.
CHFA is pleased to offer this conference at no charge to participants, but has implemented the following policies due to past attendance issues:
- Registrants must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the date of the conference via email to Sharon Klesseck at Sharon.Klesseck@chfa.org. Addresses and phone numbers of attendees will be required.
- A $50.00 fee will be charged to registrants who do not cancel 24 hours prior to the date of the conference.
- Certificates of continuing education will not be issued unless you attend the session in full. If you arrive 30 minutes or more late to the session or depart more than 30 minutes early, you will not receive a certificate.
