CHFA is the oversight agency for many affordable housing developments in Connecticut that are obligated to follow the compliance reporting rules of the state or federal programs that helped to finance their acquisition, construction and/or rehabilitation or help to subsidize their operating costs.
Because affordable housing financing programs often vary in their compliance reporting requirements, CHFA has created the following look-up tool to help Owners and Management Agents verify the programs used to finance their housing developments and identify the corresponding compliance reporting rules of those programs.
