The Research, Marketing, and Outreach Department serves the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and its partners by providing data, research, analysis, evaluation, project facilitation, planning services, community development, and strategic planning. We do this through examining trends, forecasting demand, improving existing products and programs, as well as identifying and fostering partnerships that expand our market and impact in Connecticut’s housing market.
