Foreclosure Prevention for Homeowners

CHFA has programs for homeowners at risk of losing their homes, including the Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (EMAP) and free counseling services. Please note that borrowers with FHA loans are now eligible to apply for EMAP loans.
