Rocky Hill, Conn., December 22, 2014 – Norbert Deslauriers has been named Interim Executive Vice President of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority after Eric Chatman resigned his position as Executive Director-President on December 18. Chatman provided three months’ notice to facilitate the transition of Executive Directors’ duties.
Deslauriers, who joined CHFA in 2013, is the Vice President of Single Family Programs, and has worked in residential mortgage lending in Connecticut for nearly 25 years.
CHFA’s Board of Directors appoints the executive director. Evonne Klein, Commissioner of the state’s Department of Housing and Chairwoman of the Authority’s Board said that a search for a new executive director would begin as soon as possible.
