Members of the Development Community:
CHFA is soliciting the input of the affordable housing development community on the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program as articulated by the Qualified Allocation Plan. The goal of this survey is to better understand how the LIHTC program is or could be used in 2011 and future program years. This survey instrument is designed to seek input regarding housing priorities, credit allocation, the application and community impact.
