The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is inviting members of the public to voice their questions, concerns and comments directly to CHFA’s Board of Directors at its next Board meeting on Thursday, July 30, 2009. The Board meeting will be held in New Haven at City Hall. The Board looks forward to hearing from its customers in the New Haven area about the wide range of housing issues facing Connecticut residents.
The July Board meeting will be held at the New Haven City Hall located at 165 Church Street. Anyone wishing to speak on any housing matter may sign up with CHFA. In order to ensure that everyone who wishes to has the opportunity to speak, we ask that comments be limited to five minutes. If necessary due to a large volume of speakers, comments may be limited to three minutes.
The Board meeting will be held on Thursday, July 30. Speakers will be heard in the order they sign up on a first come, first served basis. You will be asked to provide the general topic you will be addressing as well as contact information. Participants may also sign up in person on the day of the meeting.
The Board meeting will begin at 10:15 a.m., with the first agenda item being the public comment portion. All speakers are invited to stay and listen to the other agenda items.
